following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Overview
The Platform hosts a new quiz every day where participants can win real cash prizes. Participation is free
for the first 7 days. After the free trial, continued access requires a $5/week subscription. There is no
minimum subscription period — you may cancel at any time.
2. How It Works
- A new quiz is released daily.
- The top 5 players each day win cash prizes.
- At the end of each 7-day period, the top 10 players overall (based on cumulative score) win larger
weekly prizes.
- Only active subscribers (after the free trial) are eligible to receive cash prizes.
3. Subscription Terms
- New users receive free access for the first 7 days, and can win cash prizes every day.
- After the trial, users are charged $5 per week.
- You can cancel at any time during the trial period as well.
- Subscriptions are recurring weekly until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard. No refunds are issued for partially used
weeks.
4. Referral and Reward Program
You can earn money by inviting others to the platform.
4.1 Direct Referral Rewards
If someone you invite wins a Reward Quiz (a quiz with high cash prizes), you receive a fixed bonus.
Example: If your friend wins $300, you receive $150.
4.2 Membership Commission – 3 Levels
You also earn recurring commission on membership payments:
- 10% of what your direct referrals pay
- 10% of what their referrals pay (level 2)
- 10% of what level 2 referrals invite and pay (level 3)
You earn 10% of all paying members in your referral network up to 3 levels deep.
Example:
- Friend A pays $5 → You earn $0.50
- Friend B (invited by A) pays $5 → You earn $0.50
- Friend C (invited by B) pays $5 → You earn $0.50
4.3 Referral Conditions
- Commission is paid only on active, paying members.
- Referrals must sign up using your unique referral link.
- Rewards are calculated weekly and may be subject to minimum payout thresholds.
5. Payouts and Prize Distribution
- All prize winners and referrers will be notified by email and via in-app alerts.
- Payouts are made via PayPal or bank transfer and processed within 2 business days.
- You are responsible for declaring any earnings to tax authorities in your jurisdiction.
6. Fair Play and Cheating
- Use of bots, automation, multiple accounts, or other unfair methods is strictly forbidden.
- Suspicious accounts may be suspended or terminated without notice or refund.
- The Platform reserves the right to withhold prizes or referral commissions in cases of fraud or abuse.
7. Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate any account violating these Terms.
- Modify or discontinue any feature or reward program at any time.
8. Changes to Terms
- These Terms may be updated periodically.
- Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malta.
